Windows 8.1 Preview is finally here and it brings in a lot of little changes that helps a great deal in improving the Windows 8 experience. From the inclusion of the Start button or icon which adds a lot of beneficial shortcuts at your finger tips, to more customization in settings section. To the ability to set your own image as a background on the start screen. A lot has been done to ensure that Windows 8 with 8.1 runs faster, smoother, more efficient and has better functionality to the end user.
