[ad#ad-1]Today, T-Mobile (NYSE: TMUS) again set a new bar for Americans looking for better value in wireless. The Un-carrier announced a new option for Simple Starter customers to quadruple their data to a full 2 GB of LTE data, for just $5 per month.
Back in May, the Un-carrier made waves with the Simple Starter plan, an entry-level solution with unlimited talk and text, and 500 MB of LTE data for just $40. Starting September 3, these customers can get a whopping 2 GB of LTE data for only $5 extra per month – and still no annual service contract and no domestic overages.
By comparison, other entry-level plans come with data overages that penalize customers for using more data.
