Steelcase Gesture Review: True Comfort

Steelcase Gesture Review-9[ad#ad-1]Sitting in a chair for long hours can be very very uncomfortable and downright painful. Depending on how bar your chair is. Then I was lucky enough to try out the Steelcase Gesture. The Gesture is an ergonomic office chair that is built to match your posture in every way and did i mention it is just comfortable. Now Steelcase built this chair with 3 main principles inspired by the human body; the core interface, limb interface & seat interface.  It crucial in understand it the basis of the interface because of how the gesture functions as a chair. The Core interface has the Gesture back and seat move as a synchronized system moving with each user to provide continuous and persistent support. The back cradles the user no matter the posture or device. You really have to seat on it yourself to get the full experience. But you can take a look at the video review below.

With the Limb interface, the Gesture arm moves like the human arm, which allows users to be supported in any position, your arms and shoulders remain supported when texting on a smartphone, typing on a keyboard or swiping a table. While the seat interface on the Gesture seat brings comfort all the way to the edges, It is flexible at the perimeter to allow users to sit in a range of postures without obstruction.  The overall experience seat and using the Steelcase gesture is one that has to be experienced and not told. The one downside of the Gesture may relate to price at $979; but I can safely say without a doubt it is worth every penny of the purchase and one you back will surely thank you on.
