Leaked Promotional image shows a Nokia Windows Phone 7 device Dubbed the Nokia 703. Which looks similar to the leaked Sea Ray. From the leaked image we can deduce some tech info and a possible release date. The Nokia 703 spec include a 3.7-inch 480 x 800-pixel LCD display, a 5-megapixel camera with support for 720p HD video capture, 8GB of storage, 512MB of RAM and dimensions coming in at 112 x 60.8 x 12.3-millimeters. All this goodness looks to be hitting the market Nov 27th.
