I really like the fact T-mobile still is focusing on customer service. To all the big companies out there, this is how you stay in business and keep attracting new customers
It looks like T-Mobile is still deciding which perks might be offered because those with access to the preview said they were asked to rate their five favorite perks from the following list:
- Content on your birthday
- Free gift on your birthday
- Free Hot-Spot (Wi-Fi) access
- Free shipping on online orders
- Exclusive device pre-sale opportunities
- Free handset insurance with all phone upgrades
- 15% off accessories purchases
- Early handset upgrade eligibility
- Free skin for your phone
- Annual service review (a detailed analysis of your plan and usage to help you get better value)
- Double referral credit (refer someone to T-Mobile and receive $50 when they set up a new account)
- Phone trade-in allowance—get $15 toward your next handset when you trade in your old one
Please note these are not actual perks, but ones that are being considered. Some things like early handset upgrade eligibility might appeal to Android users who are looking for a 2nd gen phone.
