Today’s battle vids Boost to very new smartphones on the market with a lot of gusto behind them. We battle here to fid out the best Windows Phone 8 device on the Market; between the Nokia Lumia 920 and the Windows Phone 8X. What set these two devices in the Windows Phone ecosystem.

Nokia Lumia 920

The Nokia Lumia 920 is the cream of the crop of devices from Nokia. The successor to the Lumia 900 and the flag bearer of Windows Phone 8. Nokia came ready to play hard and fast with the competition. I say this because Nokia packed  the device with a boat load of features both software and hardware to make this a true flagship device. The Nokia Lumia 920, spec wise it matches up well with the competition, starting things with its curved 4.5-inch PureMotion HD+ display (720p display), a dual-core 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 CPU, 2,000mAh battery, NFC, integrated wireless charging and an 8.7-megapixel rear PureView camera which we can attest leaves up to its name and hype recording at 1080p video. The Display also features a high level of sensitivity that allow the user to use gloves or even a Knife to navigate your Lumia 920 Granted we didn’t get to see much of Windows 8. Nokia has done something special with its Lumia 920. All this wrapped within a poly-carbonate build that is rugged yet stylish.  So what sets the Lumia 920 apart?

HTC Windows Phone 8X

Windows Phone 8 is here and the first device to hit most people hands will be the Windows Phone 8X, consider to be the flagship Windows phone from HTC. The Windows Phone 8X sports a 4.3-inch Super LCD 2  HD 720p display, housed in a Polycarbonate casing. It is powered by a snapdragon S4 dual-core 1.5Ghz processor with 1GB of ram. The Windows Phone 8X comes with 16GB of internal storage with no microSD expansion. An 8 megapixel rear camera with BSI sensor and f/2.0 lens and an amazing 2.1 megapixel front- facing camera with a 22 degree wide angle lens and records at 1080p. All this is run with an 1,800mAh battery.

The design features of the Windows Phone 8X are sleek and sexy, the phone feels so light in you hands and very smooth to the touch with the matted finish. You will truly appreciate the flush design features the devices has. I must commend HTC for going away from their usual design attributes and going with a fresh and revealing approach that goes in hand in hand with a new OS launch with Windows Phone 8.  So What makes the Windows Phone 8X stand out

The Winner with a 5-1 count is the Nokia Lumia 920, with its PureMotion HD+ display with increased touch sensitivity to its 8.7 Megapixel Pureview camera that is an industry standard as well as Nokia slew of applications. That make it the Windows Phone 8 device to have.
