Amazon FireTV Stick Setup & Review
The Amazon FireTV stick at $39 is the low-cost smaller version of the Amazon FireTV; the FireTV Stick connects your HDTV to a world of online entertainment. With a huge selection of movies and TV episodes, voice search that actually works, and exclusive features like ASAP and Prime Music, Fire TV Stick is an easy way to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Instant Video, Hulu Plus, low-cost movie rentals, live and on-demand sports, music, photos, games, and more. The FireTV Stick is surprisingly versatile in nature, the dual-core processor makes it snappy and a solid experience when gaming. Jumping in to video content is fast and seamless. Yes you can game using the controller that comes with the Amazon FireTV Stick ( Not the best experience), but you can download the Fire TV Remote App on your Fire or Android phone (coming soon to iOS) to instantly search TV shows, movies, actors, and genres using just your voice—no more typing with your remote to find what you want. and game with it too.
Voice search on FireTV Stick is powered by the same voice search engine as Amazon Fire TV and is supported for the entirety of Amazon’s video, app, and game catalog, plus for Hulu Plus, Crackle, Vevo and Showtime Anytime. Voice search doesn’t work with non Amazon applications like Netflix, but it still id a very powerfully tool to use.
The beauty about the FireTV Stick is that is also packs in 8GB of storage, which gives you a lot of room to download games and gaming content with its library of 200 games available for the system. There are many features packed into the FireTV Stick that make it a worthwhile buy at $39. As a prime member packs more prime viewing benefits with Prime video and music. Overall I say this is a definite buy if you can get it from Amazon.
