[ad#co-1]

The Acer Aspire V-Nitro Black with the Nivida M960 is the 2015 version of the Aspire V-Nitro. Unlike its 2014 counter-part this version is a bit lighter, has a better keyboard and a much improved trackpad. Plus the V 15 Series VN7-591G-76JG sport a 4K display and and only retails $1,499. It comes with  a 4th Generation Intel Core i7-4720HQ Quad Core processor 2.6GHz with Turbo Boost up to 3.6Ghz with 16GB of ram and a 256GB SSD + 1TB HDD. All the space you need for all you gaming.  Running Windows 8.1, which will be upgradable to Windows 10 come this summer. You get roughly 4hrs on the battery for the Acer Aspire V-Nitro watching movies and browsing the web. For game, well lets be honest; to get the best out of a gaming laptop. it is usually plugged in.

Which brings us to what we care about most in this review. How well is gaming on the V-Nitro with 960M? Nividia’s new processor does help push your gaming experience forward; we played BioShcok Infinite at 4K and ran the game smoothly on High settings, same with batman Arkham City. When the resolution was dropped to 1080p, both games ran flawlessly on Ultra settings. Which shows the versatility and power the Acer Aspire V-Nitro Black Edition Brings to the tap. I really like this gaming laptop and what it has to offer. So if you are looing for a gaming laptop with 4K visuals and the core processing to handle almost anything you throw at it. definitely pick up the Acer Aspire V-Nitro Black edition with Nvidia 960m
