You don’t truly grasp the fullness of the TV until you see it up close and personal. It really feels like a Cinema in your House. LG was kind enough to send the 55-inch LM7600 as part of “The Hunt for a Remarkable 3D Experience”. We hope to take you on that hunt and explore what we find. In this case, it’s the 55LM7600.
Some details about the TV set:
- It’s a full 1080p HDTV at 240Hz refresh rate, meaning all those motion blurs are gone.
- The TV itself weighs about 70lbs, but it’s an easy process to set-up and display.
- It has a very thin bezel at 5mm, giving you the appearance of a borderless TV, with a stylish, silver metallic finish that enhances the overall look.
The 55LM7600 comes with 4 HDMI ports, 3 USB ports, Component ports, Wi-Fi built in, and the ability to share content across multiple Wi-fi enabled devices. You also get 6 Flicker free 3D glasses to share you 3D experience with all your family and friends. Included with the TV is a magic remote (like the wimote and very accurate too), which is the only remote you get. The magic remote uses motion sensing to navigate throughout the TV and a scroll wheel that enables swift scrolling up and down menus.
LG’s well renowned SmartTV Hub allows you to access apps and online content to take your TV experience to a different LEVEL. Additionally there is a full web Browser that supports flash and HTML 5, premium content, and LG Apps (1,200). You do have other TV features like 2 player screen share, which allows two players to compete against one another independently and catch the action on a full screen! *Requires special glasses which are sold separately.
