Surface 2 vs Lumia 2520-2[ad#ad-1]The table world has been dominated by Android tablets & the iPad; but today we are taking a look at two Windows tablets that have come out and hit the ground running. I am talking about the Microsoft Surface 2 vs teh Nokia Lumai 2520. Both tablets run an RT version of Windows 8.1  are roughly 10-inches in size and offer Microsoft office suite free. that were the similarities ends.

The  2 comes packed with new features and specs; first off it is powered by an Nvidia Tegra 4 processor with 2GB of ram to give better performance and longer battery life. its also sport a 10-inch 1080p display that is crisp and clear in all respects. Microsoft packed this thing with extra features that should be enticing to buy at $449 starting for the 32GB version. Like 200GB of free storage from Skydrive for 2 years. the most by any compnay plus the addition of full office suite for free.  Besides software additives, Microsoft has also improved the camera for better video call and taking photos, with a 3.5MP camera in the front & 5MP camera in the rear. A few thing I took away from the  2 while  is first off, I like the magnesium white finish and the device feels very light in the hands.

The   Lumia 2520, is the company’s  first foray into a   and let me just say this thing is sexy.  The first thing you will notice is that the Lumia 2520 comes in Nokia packaging and not Verizon Wireless or AT&T. Even with that all you get are lots of paper material to read and a charger and micro USB cables, so nothing exciting like a dock or headphones included.  The Lumia 2520 sports a 10.1 inch display that is geared for  in and outdoor use, it is powered by “the” Snapdragon 800 processor with 2 GB of ram. It also comes with a  6.7MP carl Ziess less camera; plus peloaded with Nokia Camera, Nokia storyteller, Nokia Music, Here Maps & Nokia video editor apps. Which should provide a lot of functionality for the . oh I forgot to mention it is a 4 G LTe .
