Sprint Galaxy Nexus review- 4G LTE Coming soon

IMAG0210[ad#ad-1]The Sprint galaxy Nexus frankly looks exactly like its Verizon counterpart; not much has changed except a few minor details. These changes include the XL sized box that it comes inside with Sprint detailing and such. But for such a large box, the contents in there are the same: Galaxy Nexus, Travel charger, USB cables and headphones.  In terms of hardware, the difference here is a change of color on the edge trimming from dark grey on the Verizon Galaxy Nexus to black on the Sprint version. The Sprint Galaxy Nexus also features a 4.65-inch 720p HD Super AMOLED display that sports on-screen buttons for your home, back, and multitask buttons. That means there are no physical buttons on the device other than your power and volume rockers.  It is powered by a 1.2Ghz dual-core processor with 1GB RAM for smooth operations, which you will notice once you start playing around with the OS.  It sports a 5 megapixel camera with LED flash in the rear, and a 1.3 megapixel camera for video chatting in front.  It’s NFC capable and houses a Sprint 4G LTE chip, making it the company’s first 4G LTE device, though 4G LTE roll out hasn’t begun on the network. So enjoy our unboxing and we will give you a full review of the device once we have spent some time with it.

The sprint Galaxy Nexus offers all the same features as its Verizon counter part with one omission for the time being and one addition. The Omission is quite clear. Though it is the first 4G LTE device on the now network, it’s 4G LTE radio is not equipped yet until sprint begins rolling out LTE around the country( bummer). The addition, is the inclusion of Google wallet, which only Sprint supports at the moment and is a cool little feature to use your NFC capable device. Overall the experience is the same and the Galaxy Nexus on Sprint is a good device, will be even better once 4G LTE is activated on the device
