Rentrak Announces Official Worldwide Box Office Results for Weekend of November 29, 2015

LOS ANGELES (NOVEMBER 29, 2015) — Rentrak (NASDAQ: RENT), the leader in precisely measuring movies and TV everywhere, today announced the official worldwide weekend box office estimates for the weekend of November 29, 2015, as compiled by the company’s theatrical measurement services.

Rentrak’s Senior Media Analyst Paul Dergarabedian commented, “The global appetite for the final ‘Hunger Games’ installment remains strong with another weekend atop the box office rankings in 93 territories as it adds another $113.6 million for a worldwide total to date of $440.7 million.  Second place goes to the debut of Disney/Pixar’s ‘The Good Dinosaur’ in 40 territories with an impressive $67.9 million and global sales to date of $84.3 million.”
