Nintendo announces the Wii Mini exclusive to Canada, on December 7th for $100

Nintendo is launching the Wii Mini. The crimson colored console is billed as a Canada-exclusive for now – no word on USA or other countries.  The console is clearly geared at trying to extend the Wii’s life cycle and meant to catch those families that find the Wii U (or even a regular Wii) too pricey. The Wii Mini cuts out both GameCube compatibility ) and, more importantly, lack of internet access. Canadian gamers can pick one up on December 7th for $100. More from Press release below.
