Mad Shoe Game- Walking Precariously

IMG_0469[ad#ad-1]There were highs and lows to the most recent batch of shoes. Okay okay!! So maybe I went a little overboard with the Shoedazzle sale. Here are the results:

Kirsten: $19.95 Shoedazzle, purple faux suede, with a cute little bow at the back. I love these!! They are perfect for the day job. The wedge heel helps make sure I can wear them throughout the day.

Amani: $19.95 Shoedazzle, snakeskin pattern, thin straps. These were the tricky ones. The straps were just a bit too thin. As I walked, I kept feeling like my feet would fall out of them, or that the straps would break. They didn’t, but I was definitely walking precariously the whole time.

Party Time: $18, Chinese Laundry at Shop344. These are adorable!! The traditional Chinese floral pattern comes in Navy and Brown, with cork heel. Since they’re fabric and cork, they’re still pretty seasonal, but at this price, who cares.

Jessica Simpson: $29, Metallic herringbone pattern, platform pump. These are very classy, but have a shimmery flair. The shape is similar to others by Jessica, so I pretty much knew they would fit and last through a night of my dancing. Success!!

Shoop:   The winning pair, and a rare splurge. The were $48 at LFBoston, STEVE by Steve Madden. I fell in love with the obnoxiously 6 inch heels. Of course accompanying the platform in the front, the were deceptively comfy. Umm, YES I danced up a storm in these as well. I plan on wearing these into the Fall season with Jeans.
Stay tuned for more!
