Lenovo Yoga 11s Review- A fantastic Ultrabook Hybrid

Lenovo Yoga 11s (4)[ad#ad-1]Lenovo has done wonders with its Yoga line of Ultrabooks, the Yoga 11s falls into that category of all around solid devices and one that truly fits into the tablet and hybrid device sector that is been growing with Windows 8. The Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 11S also offers an 11.6-inch HD (1366 x 768) IPS screen with wide-viewing angle, 10-point multi-touch screen and is only 17.2mm (.67 inches) thin and 3.08 pounds in weight. Lenovo Motion Control lets users quickly flip through photos, PowerPoint slides and e-book pages, or skip to the previous/next song playing on their PC with simple motion gestures. To keep users up and running, the IdeaPad Yoga 11S supports up to six hours of battery life while 3rd Gen Intel Core™ i5 processors provide Ultrabook performance quality. There are main great things about the Yoga 11s that makes it the best ulrtabook hybrid on the market, but I do have to quickly point out the negatives. though not much, I feel its something Lenovo could have changed by launch of the device. The Yoga 11s, still doesn’t have a backlit keyboard; especially considering the price starting at $749. Also with the lunch of Intel’s Haswell processor, you would except this device to have such hardware included. But I am sure a refresh will hit sooner rather than later.

On to the positives of the Yoga 11s, this is one simple, sleek compact hybrid device that covers both the table aspects of Windows 8. It packs up to a Core i7 processor and 8GB of ram. Meaning you are running Windows 8 Pro with easy and its got mega computing power. Its also got excellent Battery life, clocking close to 8 hrs plus. Plus the Yoga flexible abilities make the Yoga 11s a very compact and verstile device that is worth the purchase.
